UNILORIN POST UTME EXAM officially commences next week
One of the reasons why aspirants don’t get admitted or meet the cut off was due to lack of information.
However, we here to help you out
Here is a contination (PART 2) of the FAQ, Today we have decided to extract some few questions we answered in OUR POST UTME PAST QUESTION and GUIDE.
1. Q. I made a mistake in the registration, what can I do ?
A. Not to worry, just login (“continue registration”), re upload the new data and ensure it’s saved (the pop-up notification)
2. Q. What are the things/documents/slips I need to take to the exam hall ?
A. Basically you don’t need nothing other than the 3 Slips you were asked to print out after registration. They include (Scheduling Slip, Pre-Admission Screening Registration form & Payment Slip). Jamb slip & other documents are not needed.
3. Q. We that used awaiting results, are we safe ?
A. Yes, you can partake BUT there is always a deadline for the upload of awaiting results. So we advise that immediately it’s out just ensure you upload on both Unilorin & Jamb CAPS Portal and with the right data. Failure to do so leads to disqualification of such candidate.
4. Q. Will the school provide hostel , I need accommodation ?
A. UNILORIN is not responsible for such, its your responsibility, however we do have provisions if you in need of a place to stay for the short while during the post utme, kindly contact 09015859549 WhatsApp/Call or send us a message if interested.
5. Q. Can you give us an overview of how the Exam will be ?
A. Everyone will be tested on the same subject irrespective of your choice course, they include a mixup combination of Use of English, Maths, General knowledge, Current Affairs. Emphasis more on Use of English.
50 questions (2 marks each) under 30 minutes.

6. Q. Is it the same subject I did in Jamb that I will be asked ?
A. No, just as explained above expect more questions on USE OF ENGLISH (90%) and 10% Maths, General knowledge, Current Affairs (usually mixed together at once).
7. Q. Where is the Ilorin center for the exam ?
A. There is only 1 location for the Ilorin center and it’s the UNILORIN CBT HALL (Located inside the school premises, just ask).
8. Q. When will the results of the test be out ?
A. You will see your result the same day you wrote the exam on your portal (in the evening).
9. Q. I heard its Hard ?
A. No it’s not, you just need to understand how it is set, get prepared and be careful in answering questions. We do have our own complied PUTME Past Question to test, If interested WhatsApp 09015859549 or send a Direct message. However we advise you to focus more on Use of English.
10. Q. What is the cut off mark for the test ?
A. The total mark is 100%, though the minimum pass mark is usually 50%, we advise far higher as various courses attracts its own cut off, but that is not the final screening, as your O’level has a major role to play.
11. Q. My passport I used white background, am i safe ?
A. Technically Yes you are, you will be allowed to write however you can still reupload the one with a red background, but for now it’s not an issue.
12. Q. I corrected a mistake I made on the portal, however when I printed my slip it brought out the previous error
A. Okay, this is bound to happen, however, if the corrections you made are visible on the portal, then no problem. So far its saved and correct then you safe.
13. Q. My center is Lagos am I safe ?
A. Yes, there is only 1 center in Lagos and that is the JKK Office located at Ilupeju *(its address is on your slip)*, we advise you know the place far earlier before the exam so you won’t be delayed in traffic or miss the location
14. Q. I heard those who chose Ilorin have more chances
A. NO (in capital letters) totally FALSE , everyone where in Lagos or Ilorin have the same preference , *your outcome totally depends on your performance,* no question is simpler or harder than another in both centers. All are the same
