The University of Ilorin has officially commenced online registration for the Post-UTME Pre-Admission Screening Exercise for Admission into ALL COURSES/PROGRAMMES for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. Candidates who wish to apply via UTME/DE can now do so as registration commences from WEDNESDAY 10TH NOVEMBER, 2021, and end on SATURDAY 11TH DECEMBER, 2021.
Who can Apply ?
Application is open to all candidates, who applied for admission into the University of Ilorin as their first choice either as UTME or Direct Entry (DE) in the last JAMB Unified Matriculation Exam (UME) .
How long will the form be available ?
The registration for the Post-UTME Screening will available for a period of one month starting from WEDNESDAY 10TH NOVEMBER, 2021, and end on SATURDAY 11TH DECEMBER, 2021. For now, we can’t say if an extension will be made however, we advise that you utilize this moment and ensure you successfully register before the proposed deadline.
How can I obtain the form and what’s the cost?
Candidates who are interested are to note that the registration is strictly made ONLINE via the official university portal (https://uilugportal.unilorin.edu.ng/) and the total cost for the Screening form is ₦2,000 ONLY, which is also to be made online upon registering on the portal. NB: NO PHYSICAL PAYMENT OR SUBMISSION, EVERYTHING IS ONLINE
Am I Eligible to Apply ?
As stated above, the form is open to both DE/UTME candidates. For UTME candidates, you basically have to look out for 3 things;
- You must have scored at least 180 in the UTME examination conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). However, to be eligible for your preferred course you must
- Ensure that you meet the Cut off mark for the course you wish to study (See Cut off Mark )
- And finally your Subject combination and Olevel are key for eligiblity for your prefered course.
- For D.E (Direct Entry), your eligiblity is based on your Higher Academic Qualification (D.E). Candidates who dont meet this are willbe provided an option to change course via the portal.
