This is to inform the prospective applicants intending to transfer their studentship to the University of Ilorin that the University has commenced the sales of Inter-University transfer forms for the 2020/2021 Academic Session. Candidates that wish to transfer their studentship to UNILORIN should visit https://uilugportal.unilorin.edu.ng to complete and submit their applications.
Candidates MUST be qualified for transfer before he/she makes an application to the institution.
WHAT IS INTER-TRANSFER AND WHO IS IT MEANT FOR?
To begin with, the Inter-University transfer is possible in Nigeria. In other words, you can transfer from a one-degree programme in an approved Nigerian University to the same or another Degree
programme in another Approved University. For instance, a student studying Mass Communication at the University of Osun can apply for and successfully transfer his programme to the Mass Communication at the University of Ilorin, via the inter-University transfer form to complete his programme.
This is strictly for undergraduates with intentions of transferring to any other Institution in Nigeria during his/her time of study and NOT for fresh UTME applicant.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSFER

- Suitability based on the prevailing Unilorin admission requirements at the year of admission into his previous University;
- Current minimum CGPA of 3.00;
- Spend a minimum of two sessions at the University of Ilorin before graduation.
HOW TO REGISTER
- Application form cost N15,000
- Obtain the form via the portal http://uilugportal.unilorin.edu.ng/tranfer_registration.php
- Successful applicants are expected to pay an Acceptance fee of the sum of ₦350,000 (Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) only;
