Step by Step Registration Guide for Provisionally Admitted Candidates for 2018/2019 School of Preliminary Studies (SPS)
Candidates who have applied for 2018/2019 admission are to check their admission status by clicking on Remedial Login link (Please login with your Remedial Application Number e.g. UIL/REM/2018/…. and your password).
If offered provisional admission, complete the STEPS OUTLINED IN A TO E below
A. Make Acceptance Fee payment
Firstly, you are expected to complete the acceptance form with a NON REFUNDABLE ACCEPTANCE FEE of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000) which DOES NOT constitute part of the school fees.
a) COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
b) PRINT OUT A COPY OF THE COMPLETED FORM.
B. Proceed to Admission Office
Then, proceed to Admission office, located at the University of Ilorin main campus, for clearance as from Monday 13th February 2019, TO Monday 28th February, 2019 (from 8am till 4pm daily).
1. Come along with originals & photocopy of following documents;
• Remedial Form
• CERTIFICATES/STATEMENTS OF RESULTS as filled on-line for the admission process.
• Scratch card of the O-level examination body (or bodies) of the result(s)/certificate(s), e.g. SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, CAMBRIDGE etc, used for the application process. (Note the you must activate your scratch card by using it at least once but not more than twice to check the result for which the scratch card details are being indicated.)
After this,
2. You will be given a clearance certificate by the Admission Office.
C. Clearance Documents
You are the required to visit the Remedial Campus, (School of Preliminary Studies (SPS), Fufu) with the following compulsory documents (See Documents)
D. School Fees Payment
Candidates are to ensure a minimum balance of One Hundred and Ten Thousand Naira (N110,000.00) on their ATM card account (MASTER OR VERVE CARD) for payment purposes (Tuition: N96,000, School charges: N4,000, Health: N5,000 and Bank Charges: N250.00).
E. Hostel/Accommodation
Hostel/Accommodation is based on individual. You are only required to select only from the school accredited hostel which ranges from 30 – N50,000, while the N8,000 female hostel is based on a first come, first severed basis.
NOTE: Any offer of admission that is not accepted and registered on or before the deadline would be forfeited.
