The University of Ilorin has extended the registration of Post UTME till 30th September 2020. The registration which commenced on Monday, 10th August 2020 will come to a close by 30th September 2020. Interested aspirants still have an ample of time, if you haven’t then we advise you to read 7 things you need to know before registering register.
This guide is prepared to easily walk you through on the process. Firstly, we are sure you are aware that the form can ONLY be obtained online by visiting the University portal https://uilugportal.unilorin.edu.ng/putme_registration.php at a fee of N2000 only. This can be done by yourself using a system, a café or we better still we can help you in registration. Simply WhatsApp/DM us 08078087987.
Here are the Simple Step By Step guide on How to Register for Unilorin Post UTME
STEP 1 – VERIFICATION AND PAYMENT
The very first step to registration is to verify your detail. Hence, you will be asked to fill in the following;
- JAMB Registration Number
- Surname
- Phone No. (OTP)
Click on GET DETAILS (What it does)
Upon clicking on, you will be sent a verification code to your phone number. Ensure that your phone number is not on Do Not Disturb (DND).
Fill in the code and you will be directed to make payment.
If you are eligible, you will proceed to the next step without issue, however

1 (B) – Change of Course
If not eligible for the original course, a list of alternative courses that meets your UTME score will be displayed to change to. Once selected, then proceed to make payment.
STEP 2 – (PAYMENT)
The Actual Registration fee for each candidate is N2,000 only (Excluding bank charges ). PAYMENT IS MADE ONLINE WITH YOUR ATM CARD. Kindly do the following to pay
- Select your ATM card type (e.g Visa or Master Card)
- Enter your Card Number
- Enter Card Expiry Date and the card CVV2 (the 3 digits on the reverse side of the card and lastly enter your card pin; and
- Click on Pay.
Please note: (Do not Refresh your browser while the process is going on to avoid multiple deductions from your account. If nothing is displayed after 10 minutes, close the browser and restart).
Once this is successfully done, you will be redirected to the portal to now log in.
- click on pre-admission log in on the left-hand side of your screen
- enter your JAMB Registration Number and Surname, and click login
- If not qualified for the original course, choose an alternative course from the displayed courses which you had earlier changed to on the JAMB portal;
STEP 3- (BIODATA)
After you log in, you are to fill in your other bio-data and necessary details truthfully on the webpage.
NOTE: this year passport upload will not be required as it will be automatically fetched from your Jamb portal
STEP 4 – (CHANGE OF COURSE)
This option is basically for those who were initially qualified but still wish to change course if you don’t want to change, please do not select any new desired course, but if you were asked to change course from the start then your new course will only reflect below. Just click on the Next button.
STEP 5 – (O’LEVEL)
This is a major part of your SCREENING. Any mistake here leads to automatic disqualification. All candidates (UTME and DE) are required to carefully supply their O’ level (O/L) / A’ Level details as follows:
- Pick Number of sitting(s) by clicking on the drop-down button
- Enter all the required O’ level (O/L) A’ Level details;
- Pick as applicable in your result with the right grades;
For Direct Entry (DE) candidates
- You are required to select your Highest Academic Qualification(s) from the drop-down and click on Save. On the dialog box click OK when concluded;
- To add more Higher Academic Qualifications, click on qualifications drop-down to select as appropriate;
NOTE: If you are using an Awaiting Result, do not fill in any grade of choice, just fill (A/R) as the grade of the subject. (If you are still stuck, send us a WhatsApp/Call 08078087987).
Also, Falsification of result will lead to automatic disqualification at any stage.
Ensure you click on save when concluded;
STEP 6 – (5 BEST RELEVANT SUBJECT)
At this stage, the system will automatically pick the 5 Relevant Subject for your course and you are to fill in the choice grade if you uploaded two sittings. (If you are still stuck, send us a WhatsApp/Call 08078087987).
NEXT: Click on Submit button then click ok after the successfully saved notification message.
STEP 7 – (ATTESTATION)
This is the final stage. Attestation is an indication that appends your approval on every upload that was done. Do ensure to check again if there be any error to avoid automatic disqualification. You are just to check the box to effect this.
NEXT: Click on Submit button then click ok after the successfully saved notification message.
STEP 8 – (PRINT-OUT)
After all, said are done, you are required to Print the following and verify the details uploaded.
- Pre-Admission Screening Registration form;
- Payment Receipt
(Awaiting Results)
This is only for those who filled in awaiting results (A/R). Aspirants in this category should note that your registration is not complete without your results, so as soon as your results are released, please make sure you come back to your portal and re-upload the grades. It has a deadline to it, failure to do this leads to automatic disqualification of your admission. You are warned.
