All applicants of the University of Ilorin who have been offered admission and have successfully be cleared online via their portal are expected to proceed to the for Physical clearance. This process involves the submission of some required documents in order to proceed with the registration process as a student. Documents slightly varies per department but below we listed the most basic documents you will be needing when they resume.

- Statement of Result (O’level / Higher Qualification-D.E)
- Portal Bio-data page
- 6 Passport Photograph
- Remedial Result (If any)
- 2 Office File
Acceptance fee payment(NOT NEEDED)
What’s next after getting the documents
Once your documents are ready you are to visit your Department and ask for your Level Adviser. The lecturer assigned will see to the collection of your documents and approval for your course registration.
